SUAI Opens XXII Wave Electronics and Infocommunication Systems International Conference (WECONF)

June 1, 2020 SUAI started its XXII International Conference – WECONF, to bring together experts in wave electronics and infocommunication systems. Number of reports and participants beats records of past years. This time the Conference is held online in Zoom facilitating increase of participants and geography of the event. Russia, Belarus, Azerbaijan, Germany and Saudi Arabia registered 138 reports by 305 authors from 57 organizations in 21 cities.

During the 5 days of the Conference the participants will present R&D achievements, discuss modern trends in development of information and telecommunication systems, share innovative technologies. The Rector of SUAI Yulia Antokhina opened the Conference thanking partners and sponsors for the support of science and innovations. The Rector wished the speakers and participants a good experience and positive results.

In 2020 the following sessions of the Conference will be holding discussions: Acoustooptics, Acoustoelectronics, Methods and devices of information processing, Data processing and transmission in information and telecommunication systems, Microelectronic Embedded Systems, Electromechanics and Control systems.

The Co-chairman of the Conference Prof. Sergei Kulakov in his greeting speech shared regards from the Chairman Aleksander Bugaev, RAS Academician, and thanked SUAI, the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), MEDIA PUBLISHER Polygraphic company, Morion inc., Russian Foundation for Basic Research and other partners and sponsors.

Svetlana Dymkova from IEEE also talked to the audience on SCOPUS publications of the reports.
